Genomic Core Facility

The Genomic CORE Facility is a dedicated Unit for the Omics profiling. This Unit is in charge of the entire process from the nucleic acid extraction to SEQUENCING and bioinformatic DATA ANALYSIS (primary and secondary). It combines expertise in the field of molecular biology, functional genomics, biostatistics and bioinformatics. This Unit serves:

1. as platform for all the projects of the lab, in collaboration with all the internal Units
2. as facility in support of the projects of other lab within the Institution
3. as main interface for clinicians (Translational Research)
4. as main facility for external collaboration.
